BIO I studied with Don Stapleton (who very recently transitioned) at Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica and would love to share his teachings again. I taught yoga in Massachusetts for years before our kids were born, leading various restorative yoga and inversion/arm balance workshops. In class I encourage expanding awareness, playfulness and self-love. I believe the most important teaching is love. I have devoted my life to the practice of yoga to fully embrace and share love in every moment.
My teachings have been influenced by many others along the journey, especially Alan Watts, Ram Dass, Eckhart Tolle, Rolf Gates, and Thich Nhat Hanh.
